Honor is the third largest smartphone maker in China

In its latest report, Canalys revealed that Honor is now a leading smartphone maker in China. According to research data for the third quarter, the company surpassed Huawei users and managed to send 25% more phones than before the split.

The first two places still belong to Vivo and Oppo, but the former Huawei assistant follows them on foot.

As for the biggest winner of the third quarter compared to last year, it was Apple, mainly due to the unchanged prices of the iPhone 13 series.

It is worth noting that one in nine phones sold between June and September was an iPhone.

At the same time, the market as a whole fell, as, apart from the top five manufacturers, they lost more than half of their shipments compared to the same period last year.

Total sales amounted to 78.8 million, down 5% year on year.
