Samsung wants to offer OLED displays for next-generation laptops that will not be limited to 60Hz, which is the case today.
Specifically, Samsung Display announced that it will start mass production of OLED panels for laptops in 2021, with a refresh rate of 90Hz.
Initially, the company will start with the production of 14-inch screens, while in the future we expect other models.
In fact, the company claims that the viewing experience will be so good that it will be on the same level as the LCD technology panels that offer a 120Hz refresh rate. Of course, we should see something like this in practice.
