Oppo and OnePlus started joint Research and Development

It seems that Oppo and OnePlus will collaborate even more, as they will now have a common Research and Development department in one.

The information comes from the DoNews website, with the cooperation of the two companies have already started in December.

A good example of what this integration means is Xiaomi and Redmi, which although independent, have a common R&D department, presenting similar devices.

Of course, with OnePlus and Oppo under the same parent company, BBK, their collaboration has been evident for several years, in technologies such as fast charging technology.

The OPLUS is a new group of investors who oversees OnePlus, Oppo, and Realme, so the future may see even greater interaction between components.

It should be noted that software departments will remain independent, as Coror OS and Oxygen OS are developed for completely different markets.
